On today's blog, I visit Plimmerton. A small seaside town on the West coast of NZ and about 25 minutes North of Wellington. Here I found a boat club that had a ramp that framed Mana Island nicely. I waited till the sun was low enough but not behind the island to take the photo. This is a cool place to photograph because depending on the time of year you visit, the sun will be at a different point on the horizon. I'm sure the PhotoPills app would be a great use to see where the sun will be at any time of the year. This way you can plan for the right shot.
Check put how the photo was made over at my YouTube cahnnel :)
