On today's blog, we take our very own engagement photos!
We have been wanting to take engagement photos for a while now, and we just happen to be driving by Mount Ruapehu on a gorgeous day! Luckily, I also had my camera gear with me. So we thought, why not try to take our own photos today? To do it ourselves, I set up the camera on a tripod and framed the shot. Then, I set a 10-sec timer on the camera and ran to the spot to pose, and repeated it over and over again :) As most of you know, I’m a landscape photographer. So adding us to the mix was a bit different. But as long as I had us in focus and the lighting was good. There really is no difference in taking these shots over what I normally do. The only thing I worried getting right was posing for the shot since I had to run back in less than 10 seconds. At least I did not mess that part up to much ;)
We love how the photos came out and we hope you like them too.
